2. Description of Service

Bridal Studio provides an AI-powered virtual try-on fitting experience. The Service enables users to upload personal portraits and select or upload wedding dresses to generate photorealistic composite visualizations powered by generative artificial intelligence models.

3. User Uploads & Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to Bridal Studio. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents for any person appearing in uploaded photos.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You will not upload explicit, non-consensual, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful imagery.

4. Credits, Payments & Refund Policy

Bridal Studio operates on a credit-based model where credits are purchased in packages to generate AI fitting looks.

• Each AI fitting generation consumes credits as indicated prior to generation.
• Because AI image generation consumes non-recoverable computational GPU resources immediately upon invocation, all credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable once utilized.
• If an error occurs on our server side that prevents look generation, the credit is not deducted or will be restored.

5. AI Generated Content & Disclaimers

AI-generated results are photographic simulations meant for visualization, inspiration, and styling guidance. While we strive for extreme photorealism, variations in fabric texture, exact fit, physical fabric drape, and lighting may occur. The images produced should not be interpreted as guaranteed tailoring specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridal Studio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
